摘要
物联网技术用于3D打印装备,可以在云平台支撑下,实现基于Web的大规模节点远程监控与管理,对3D打印智能工厂提供支持。其中,3D打印装备的物联接入是实现这一目标的前提。然而不同厂家3D打印设备由于采用的固件类型及数据协议不同,为了能够实现不同数据协议的3D打印设备的统一物联接入,提出一种3D打印设备物联适配接入方法,通过字符分割排序、二分查找、相似度判定等方法进行分级匹配,实现固件类型和数据协议对云服务平台的物联接入;在此基础上,进一步设计了用于3D打印设备接入的可靠通信协议。最后,进行了基于Marlin固件的3D打印物联接入系统软硬件的设计,并通过测试验证了所设计系统能够正常运行,安全可靠。
Internet of Things(IOT)technology which is used for 3D printing equipment can realize web-based remote monitoring and management of large-scale nodes under the support of cloud platform,and provide support for 3D printing intelligent factories. Among them,the object connection of 3D printing equipment is the premise to achieve this goal. But the firmware types and data protocols of the 3D printing equipment which is designed by different manufacturer may be diverse. In order to be able to achieve the unified interface of the different data protocol,a kind of 3D printing devices content adapter access method,through the character segmentation sort,binary search,hierarchical matching similarity judgement is put forward to achieve the IoT communication between the different firmware and the cloud service platform;On this basis,a reliable communication protocol for 3D printing device access is designed. Finally,the software and hardware of the 3D printing attachment system based on Marlin firmware are designed,and the test verifies that the designed system can run normally,safely and reliably.
