铝电解大修渣毒性物质无害化处置技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文全面研究了大修渣中毒性物质存在状态及其无害化处置工艺条件,研究表明:大修渣中主要毒性物质为无机氟化物和氰化物,通过两段氧化除氰和固化除氟实现大修渣中毒性物质的无害化处置。大修渣处置后满足《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》(GB 5085.3-2007)要求的工艺过程为:浸出剂与大修渣液固比控制在10∶3以上,加入理论值1.0~2.0倍除氰剂一段反应30 min,二段反应45 min后,加入理论值1.6倍以上除氟剂反应45 min,固液分离,得到满足标准要求的大修渣无害化尾渣。 The existing condition and harmless disposal conditions of toxic substances in spent potlining(SPL)were studied in this paper,while the experimental results showed that the main toxic substances in the SPL were the inorganic fluoride and cyanide,the harmful disposal of which could be achieved by curing fluoride removal and two-stage oxidation cyanide removal.The technical process for the SPL to meet requirements of Identification standards for hazardous wastes-Identification for extraction toxicity(GB 5085.3-2007)after disposal is listed as follows:the liquid-solid ratio between extraction reagent and SPL is above 10∶3;the addition of de-cyanogen agent is 1.0~2.0 times more than the theoretical value,first-stage reaction time is 30 min,second stage is 45 min,then the addition of de-fluorine agent is above 1.6 times more than the theoretical value.The solid is separated from the liquid,and the harmless tailing of the SPL is thus obtained which could meet relevant requirements of the standard.
