新时期如何提高农村幼儿教师培训有效性的思考

摘要 随着经济社会的全面发展,幼儿教育也在日渐成熟和完善。但是在幼儿教育的发展过程中,城镇和农村之间还存在一定差距,农村幼儿教师大多缺乏幼儿教育的专业知识,在农村受地域、时间、经费等限制,很难接受继续教育和培训。因此,在新时期,要加强对农村幼儿教师的培训,促使农村幼儿教师不断接受新的教育理念和专业技能,提高农村幼儿教育的水平。 With the overall development of economy and society,early childhood education is becoming more and more mature and perfect.However,in the process of the development of early childhood education,there is still a certain gap between urban and rural areas.Most of the rural early childhood teachers lack the professional knowledge of early childhood education,and in rural areas are limited by region,time,funds and so on,so it is difficult to receive continuing education and training.Therefore,in the new period,we should strengthen the training of rural preschool teachers,promote rural preschool teachers to accept new educational concepts and professional skills,and improve the level of rural early childhood education.
