摘要
高等教育肩负着培养人才和传授专业技能的重要使命,高校教师的职业素养直接关系到人才的培养质量。探讨了高校教师职业素养的内涵、存在问题及培养路径,以期为提升高校教师的整体职业素质和教育教学水平,提高高等教育教学质量提供参考。
Higher education shoulders the important mission of cultivating talents and imparting professional skills.The professional quality of college teachers is directly related to the quality of talent cultivation.The connotation,existing problems and training ways of college teachers’professional quality are discussed,with a view to improving the overall professional quality of university teachers and the level of education and teaching so as to improve the quality of higher education and teaching.
