物流业绿色全要素生产率测度及其影响因素分析——基于湖北省的实证研究 被引量:5

Measurement of Green Total Factor Productivity in Logistics Industry and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors--Based on the Empirical Research of Hubei Province

摘要 本文采用非期望产出的SBM和Malmquist指数模型,测算湖北省2008-2017年物流业绿色全要素生产率,并利用Tobit模型对影响湖北省物流业绿色全要素生产率的各因素进行回归分析。研究结果表明:湖北省物流业绿色全要素生产率保持在一个相对稳定的状态,整体呈现出波动递增的趋势;人均GDP、城镇化率、产业结构、能源强度对湖北省物流业绿色全要素生产率有着显著性影响。湖北省政府要鼓励并引导高能耗、高污染物流产业转型升级,提高行业二氧化碳排放效率;优化第三产业,注重服务业、交通运输业的发展;进一步扩大城镇化覆盖率,重视环境规制在物流业发展中的重要性。 The SBM and Malmquist index models of undesired output are used to calculate the green total factor productivity of the logistics industry in Hubei Province from 2008 to 2017,and the model is used to perform regression analysis on the factors affecting the green total factor productivity of the logistics industry in Hubei Province.The research results show that the green total factor productivity of the logistics industry in Hubei Province remains in a relatively stable state,and the overall trend is increasing.Per capita GDP,urbanization rate,industrial structure,and energy intensity have a significant impact on the green total factor productivity of the logistics industry in Hubei Province.The Hubei Provincial Government should encourage and guide the transformation and upgrading of logistic enterprises with high energy consumption and high pollution industries,and improve the efficiency of carbon dioxide emissions;optimize the tertiary industry,pay attention to the development of the service industry and transportation industry;further expand the coverage of urbanization;pay attention to environmental regulations in the logistics industry Importance in development.
