摘要
混合式教学正在成为未来教育的新常态,突如其来的疫情更加速了这个进程。然而,教师是否做好了混合式教学的态度准备和能力准备?我国教师开展混合式教学改革的态度和能力准备目前处于何种阶段?该文在Graham的理论基础上发展构建了教师混合式教学改革发展框架,将混合式教学改革划分为意识期、探索期、深化期三个阶段,并明确了每个阶段教师态度准备和能力准备的状态;进一步基于文献构建了教师混合式教学准备度框架,并开发了问卷工具,调查了全国共25个省市自治区的教师准备度现状。结果表明,当前我国中小学教师的混合式教学态度准备度仍处于混合式教学改革的意向期;教师开展教学改革的通用能力准备度较好,正由改革意向期向探索期过渡;然而教师混合式教学的专门能力准备度仍然较低,仍处于混合式教学改革的意向期。文章最后分别从教师教育层面和机构支持层面提出了促进混合式教学改革、提升教师混合式教学准备度的策略建议。
Blended teaching is becoming the new normalcy of future education,and the sudden epidemic has accelerated this process.However,are teachers prepared for the blended teaching in terms of ability and attitude?What is the current stage of teachers’attitude and ability preparation to carry out blended teaching reform in China?Based on Graham’s theory,this paper constructs a framework for the development of teacher’s blended teaching reform.It divides the blended teaching reform into three stages:consciousness stage,exploration stage and deepening stage,and further clarifies the status of teachers’attitude preparation and ability preparation in each stage.Based on the literature,this paper constructs a framework of teachers’blended teaching preparation and develops a questionnaire tool to investigate the current situation of teachers’preparation in 25 provinces and autonomous regions in China.The results show that,at present,the readiness of primary and secondary school teachers’blended teaching attitude is still in the consciousness stage of blended teaching reform;the general ability preparation of teachers to carry out teaching reform is better,and is transiting from the consciousness stage to the exploration stage.However,the preparation degree of specialized ability of teachers’blended teaching is still low,which is still in the consciousness stage of blended teaching reform.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions to promote the reform of blended teaching and enhance the preparation of teachers’blended teaching from the perspective of teacher education and institutional support.
