摘要
目的观察芒硝外敷在改善SAP(重症急性胰腺炎)患者临床症状、指标中的改善效果。方法以2011年1月~2015年1月在我院接受救治的SAP患者82例为研究对象,结合患者入院时间先后分为两组,分别给予常规西医治疗(对照组41例)及联合芒硝外敷+大黄内服治疗(观察组41例),观察两组患者腹痛、腹胀等症状的消失时间以及排便时间、住院时间、胰周积液消失时间等指标差异,同时检测患者治疗前后血白细胞、血淀粉酶恢复正常所用时间差异。结果观察组患者腹痛、腹胀消失时间、首次排便时间、胰周积液吸收时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);察组患者住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者治疗后血白细胞、血淀粉酶恢复正常所用时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予重症急性胰腺炎患者芒硝外敷与大黄内服联合治疗效果显著,有利于改善患者临床症状,并可促进炎症指标改善,临床价值显著,可在临床上进行推广应用。
Objective To observe the ffect of Mirabilite in the improvement of SAP(severe acute pancreatitis)in patients with clinical symptoms,improve the index of efect.Methods In January 2011-2015 year in January to accept the treatment of 82 cases of SAP patients in our hospital as the research object,according to the admission time were divided into two groups,were given routine treatment of W estern Medicine(control group 41 cases)and the treatment combined with external application of mirabilite oral rhubarb(observation group 41 cases),observe two groups of patients with abdominal pain,abdominal distension disappeared time the symptoms and defecation time,hospitalization time,peripancreatic efusion disappeared time difference index,dected before and after treatment in patients with normal white blood cells,with time difference recovery of blood amylase.Results The observation group of patients with abdominal pain,abdominal distension disappeared time,the first defecation time,peripancreatic efusion disappearance time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);observation group hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);and the patients in the observation group afer the treatment of white blood cells,normal with time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of blood amylase.Conclusion the effect for patients with severe acute pancreatitis with Rhubarb decoction combined with mirabilite treatment significanly,to improve the clinical symptoms,and pro-mote inflammation index improved,significant clinical value,can be applied in clinic.
