摘要
[目的]为明确苦参碱和藜芦碱亚致死剂量对新疆植棉区3种棉花蚜虫生长发育及繁殖的影响。[方法]试验采用喷雾生物测定法及建立生命表,探究苦参碱和藜芦碱亚致死剂量对棉花3种蚜虫的生长发育及生殖力的影响。[结果]苦参碱和藜芦碱亚致死剂量处理F1代3种蚜虫,其平均世代周期(T)明显缩短、净生殖率(R0)和种群加倍时间(DT)降低,而内禀增长率(rm)升高,且亚致死剂量越大,差异性越显著。[结论]苦参碱和藜芦碱亚致死浓度LC30剂量下处理棉蚜、棉长管蚜和棉黑蚜均存在明显的亚致死效应。
[Aims] This study aims to clarify the effects of matrine and veratrine at their sublethal doses on the growth and reproduction of three cotton aphids in Xinjiang cotton planting areas. [Methods] In this study, the effects of plant-derived pesticides matrine and veratrine at sublethal doses on the growth and reproduction of three cotton aphids were explored by method of spraying and establishment of life tables. [Results] The results demonstrated that the average development duration(T), net rate of increase(R0) and population double time(DT) of Fl generation decreased significantly after treatment with matrine and veratrine. However, the intrinsic rate of increase(rm) of Fl generation increased following the treatment of the matrine and veratrine in three aphid species. The greater the sublethal dose, the more significant the difference. [Conclusions] The treatment on Aphis gossypii, A. atrata and Acyrthosiphom gossypii with matrine and veratrine at sublethal concentration LC30 all has obvious sublethal effects.
