摘要
汲取和传承优秀传统文化育人智慧,对于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育具有重要的现实意义。当前大学生思想政治教育存在着偏重政治理论知识,传统教育不够;偏于认知灌输导向,忽视情感体验;重视理想人格教育,个体差异不足;集中课堂集体教学,忽略日常实践的问题。中华传统文化的育人之道强调"心性为本"的修养观、"涵养仁心"的价值观、"学为圣贤"的发展观、"躬以实践"的知行观。由此,启示大学生思想政治教育要科学规划,突出融合内容的"系统性";知情并用,提升融合方法的"亲和力";拓展渠道,保证融合载体的"多样化";实践养成,增强融合效果的"践行度"。
Drawing and inheriting the education wisdom of Chinese traditional culture has important practical significance for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students.At present,the ideological and political education of college students is facing emphasis on political theory knowledge,traditional education is not enough;partial to cognitive indoctrination,ignore emotional experience;more rely on the ideal personality education,less focus on individual differences;concentrate classroom collective teaching,neglect daily practice.Chinese traditional culture emphasizes the concept of"self-cultivation",the values of"cultivating benevolence",the development view of"study as sage",and the concept of"knowing and doing".This reveals that the ideological and political education of college students should be scientific planning to ensure the"comprehensiveness"of teaching contents;valuing emotion to enhance the"affinity"of educational methods;expanding channels to shape the"diversity"of the students;strengthening daily life to enhance"long-term"practice.
