100 kW质子交换膜燃料电池发动机散热系统开发

摘要 针对2022年北京冬奥会期间的气候条件,为在北京与张家口区域间运行的城际燃料电池客车研发一款适合的燃料电池发动机,主要技术难点包括寒冷地区燃料电池电堆及发动机的冷启动,整车低温热管理,大功率燃料电池发动机散热系统开发等研究。重点研究了大功率燃料电池发动机整个散热系统的开发,包括燃料电池电堆的主散热系统以及重要零部件的辅助散热系统。根据散热需求,进行散热系统的开发设计,主要包括冷却水流量、压力、温度的计算,冷却水管路的计算和重要零部件的设计。同时,对水泵、主散热器进行选型,并搭建台架,完成了对散热系统的台架试验测试,验证了该散热系统满足设计要求。 This article is to develop a suitable fuel cell engine for intercity fuel cell buses operating between Beijing and Zhangjiakou in accordance with the climatic conditions during the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. The main technical difficulties include fuel cell cold start under low temperature and low-temperature thermal management of the whole vehicle for high-power fuel cell engine. This paper focuses on the development of the entire heat dissipation system of high-power fuel cell engines, including the main heat dissipation system and the auxiliary heat dissipation system. According to the heat dissipation requirements, carry out the development and design of the heat dissipation system,which mainly includes the calculation of the cooling water flow, pressure and temperature, the calculation of the cooling water pipeline, and the design of important parts. At the same time, the water pump and main radiator were selected, and a bench was built, and the bench test of the heat dissipation system was completed, which verified that the heat dissipation system met the design requirements.This article fully discusses the development process of the heat dissipation system of the high-power proton exchange membrane fuel cell engine, which can provide development reference for engineers.This work also provides technical reference for the development, matching and testing of the heat dissipation system of the high-power fuel cell engine.
