摘要
为了减少环境温度对所测水泥水化热结果的影响,保证其准确度,文中设计一种基于STM32的高精度恒温箱控制系统。系统采用上下位机结构,上位机负责设定目标温度值和显示当前温度数据并画出曲线,下位机根据上位机设定的温度值利用模糊PID算法对恒温箱的温度进行控制。另外,为了保证恒温箱内温度场的均匀性,进行恒温箱的机械结构部分设计。实验结果表明,该系统可以保证恒温箱的温度波动在±0.02℃范围内,满足准确测量水泥水化热的环境温度要求。
A high⁃precision thermotank control system based on STM32 is designed to reduce the influence of ambient temperature on the measured results of cement hydration heat and ensure its accuracy.In the system,the upper⁃lower computer structure is adopted.The upper computer is responsible for setting the target temperature value,displaying the current temperature data and drawing the curve.By means of the fuzzy PID algorithm,the lower computer is used to control the temperature of the thermotank according to the temperature value set by the upper computer.The design of mechanical structure of the thermotank is carried out to assure the uniformity of the temperature field in the thermotank.The experimental results show that the system can ensure that the temperature fluctuation in the thermotank is within±0.02℃,which meets the environmental temperature requirements for the accurate measurement of cement hydration heat.
