摘要
目的:探讨研究双侧太阳穴穴位贴敷治疗轻、中型颅脑损伤患者头痛的临床效果及可行性分析。方法:选取2016年12月-2018年12月三明市中西医结合医院外一科住院的轻、中型闭合性颅脑损伤患者60例,按照随机打乱分配的原则将其分为对照组30例,试验组30例。对照组接受西医常规治疗,试验组在对照组常规治疗的基础上增加自拟活血化瘀膏双侧太阳穴穴位贴敷治疗。对比观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)及疗效评价。结果:治疗组治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组治疗后疗效评价比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用自拟活血化瘀膏双侧太阳穴穴位贴敷对轻、中型颅脑损伤患者能有效改善头痛症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and analyze the feasibility of paste application at bilateral Taiyang(太阳)acupoints for the treatment of headache in patients with mild to moderate craniocerebral injury.Methods:Sixty-patients with mild to moderate closed craniocerebral injury admitted to Surgery Department I of Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group,with 30 patients in each group;the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,in addition to which the experimental group received application of self-made Huoxue Huayu paste(自拟活血化瘀膏)at bilateral Taiyang acupoints.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores pre-and post-treatment and efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in post-treatment VAS score(P<0.05)and in efficacy evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with mild to moderate craniocerebral injury,application of self-made Huoxue Huayu paste at bilateral Taiyang acupoints could effectively relieve the symptoms of headache and enhance the clinical efficacy.
