摘要
以生命认识为核心,探讨《伤寒论》各种证候的现代生理、病理基础是中医现代化的方向之一。在人体内,能量代谢过程和干细胞分裂分化过程是人体内各种代谢的核心所在。能量物质的代谢过程可以分为能量物质的摄入,能量物质转化和氧化以及代谢终产物的释放等三个步骤。其中能量物质的转化和氧化过程是承接能量物质摄入和代谢终产物排泄中间过程,这一过程包括物质转换,即各种中间产物的形成;能量转换,即化学能转换成热能、机械能等。这些生理过程都应归属少阳经的生理学基础。当少阳经功能出现异常时就会出现以口苦、咽干、目眩等为主要表现的少阳病。当然,进入机体的能量物质还可以激活并参与干细胞的分裂分化过程,这一过程可能是少阳经血分证的生理学基础。
It is one of directions in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine to give physiological and pathological explanations of the diseases in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.In our body,the metabolism of nutrition is the core pathway,which be divided into three steps:acquirement of energy agents;storage,transformation and oxidation of energy agents;releasing of end metabolites and energy.Transformation and oxidation of energy agents are the intermediate steps,connecting acquirement of energy agent and releasing of end metabolites and energy,which should be regarded as the physiology of Shaoyang meridian.In Shaoyang meridian,chemical energy will be converted into heat energy and mechanical energy with the mass conversion.The disorders of these physiologies of Shaoyang meridians will result in the Shaoyang disease with bitter mouth,dry throat,dazzling as the main symptoms.However,the absorbed energy agents will also activate the stem cells and facilitate the activated stem cells to go into division and differentiation,which should be also regarded as the physiology of Shaoyang meridians.
