摘要
新世纪以来中国区域经济发展的新变化主要表现为:东部地区率先发展的势头日趋明显,东北地区有进一步下滑的趋势;南强北弱的经济发展趋势越来越明显;“海上丝绸之路”国内段经济发展的势头强于“丝绸之路经济带”国内段。为实现区域经济的协调发展,一是加快经济带建设;二是加快内陆和北方地区省级层面的都市圈、城市群建设,培育经济新动能;三是以绿色发展为突破口,促进经济带高质量发展;四是加快形成各经济带对外开放新格局;五是促进区域之间公共服务均等化。
The new trend of China's regional economic development since the new century is mainly manifested as:the momentum of taking the lead in the development of the eastern region is becoming increasingly obvious,the northeast region has a further decline trend;the economic development trend of the strong south and weak north is more and more obvious;the economic development momentum of the domestic section of the"maritime silk road"is stronger than that of the domestic section of the"silk road economic belt".In order to realize the coordinated development of regional economy,the first is to speed up the construction of economic belt;the second is to accelerate the construction of urban circle and urban agglomeration at the provincial level in inland and northern regions to cultivate new economic functions;the third is to take green development as a breakthrough to promote high-quality development of the economic belt;the fourth is to accelerate the formation of a new pattern of opening up of various economic zones;the fifth is to promote the equalization of public services among regions.
