摘要
锄奸工作是抗日斗争的一个重要组成部分,由于各种主客观因素的影响,山东抗日根据地锄奸工作也曾犯过严重错误。山东各级党组织历经近五十年对这些错案进行全面调查处理、纠正平反。锄奸工作的借鉴和启迪是:必须时刻遵循实事求是的思想路线,将加强党的集中统一领导,把党的制度建设贯穿到党的政治建设等各项建设之中,重视干部的教育和培训,始终把思想政治素质放在第一位,建设高素质专业化的干部队伍。
The elimination of traitors serves as an essential part of the Anti-Japanese War.Because of various subjective and objective factors,some Party members,Shandong Anti-Japanese base area also made serious mistakes in eliminating traitors.It took the Party organizations at all levels in Shandong Province nearly 50 years to make complete investigations,to handle,redress and rehabilitate these convictions.Lessons learned from the elimination of traitors are as follows:We must always follow the ideological line of seeking truth from facts,strengthen the party’s centralized and unified leadership;The Party’s institutional construction should be incorporated into the Party’s political construction and other constructions;The education and training of cadres should also be emphasized for the importance of such work,and the ideological and political quality should always be given first priority in order to develop a contingent of highly qualified and specialized cadres.
