摘要
提升高等教育的国际化水平和国际竞争力是"双一流"建设的核心要义,也是地方高校在"双一流"建设中极具挑战性的一项任务。地方"双一流"建设高校在国际化建设中要明晰自身在政策、地域、学科等方面的优势,同时也要分析自身在发展能力、制度建设及资源方面的局限,立足国际发展环境,从国家战略需要和地方经济社会发展需求出发,做出明确的、科学合理的国际化发展定位,理清思路,健全管理机制,提升国际化效果和教师国际化水平,才能突破与国际高水平大学合作的短板,走出一条特色发展之路,有效推进"双一流"建设。
Improving the international level and international competitiveness of higher education is the core of"Double First-Class"construction,and it is also a very challenging task for local"Double First-Class"construction universities.The local"Double First-Class"construction universities must clarify their own advantages in policies,regions,disciplines in international construction,and at the same time analyze their own limitations in development capabilities,system construction,and resources,based on the international development environment,starting from national strategic needs and local economic and social development needs,make clear,scientific and reasonable only by establishing the international development positioning,clear thinking,improving the management mechanism,the effect of internationalization and improving the internationalization of teachers can break through the shortcomings of cooperation with international high-level universities,blaze a path of characteristic development,and effectively promote the construction of"Double First-Class".
