摘要
城市河道整治过程中,建筑物基坑的开挖往往需要降低地下水位,如何避免基坑开挖和地下水位下降对周边建筑物的影响是一个常见的工程问题。丹阳开发区水环境生态综合整治工程,采用密排钻孔灌注桩和高压旋喷桩解决深基坑支护渗水和透水问题,减小基坑周围土体变形,从而降低工程施工对周边建筑物的影响,可供类似城市河道深基坑支护工程参考。
It is necessary to reduce the underground water level for the excavation of building foundation pits during urban river channel regulation.How to avoid the influence of foundation pit excavation and the decline of underground water level on the surrounding buildings is a common engineering problem.The comprehensive improvement project of water environment and ecology in Danyang Development Zone is adopted as an example in the paper.The dense hole cast-in-place piles and high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles are adopted to solve the problems of water seepage and permeation in deep foundation pit support.The soil deformation around the foundation pit is reduced,thereby reducing the influence of engineering construction on the surrounding buildings.The paper can be used as a reference for similar deep foundation pit support projects in urban rivers.
