摘要
冷轧薄板张力控制决定着产品的合格率和出厂质量。提升冷轧薄板自动化生产效率、优化生产线资源结构、借助相关新型设备进行张力控制,对降低生产成本、促进冷轧薄板生产的模型化和多样化以及最终的补偿设计等均非常重要。本文深入研究了张力控制的实质、张力变化的不确定性及张力控制方法等,以期为冷轧薄板生产张力控制研究奠定理论基础。
The tension control of cold rolled sheet determines the qualified rate and quality of products.It is very important to improve the automatic production efficiency of cold-rolled sheet,optimize the resource structure of production line,and control the tension with the help of new equipment.It is very important to reduce the production cost,promote the modeling and diversification of cold-rolled sheet production and the final compensation design.In this paper,the essence of tension control,the uncertainty of tension change and the method of tension control are studied in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of tension control in cold rolling sheet production.
