摘要
临床阶段作为医学生学习生涯的必经环节,与在校基础教育阶段相比,具有一定的特殊性。这一时期的学生党建工作必须立足于医学生已经变化的思想实际、生活实际和工作实际。文章从抓支部、打基础,抓发展、增活力,抓培训、带队伍、抓机制、促长效等方面介绍了首都医科大学宣武医院学生党建工作的实践探索和主要体会。
The clinical stage as a compulsory step in the learning career of medical students has a certain degree of particularity compared with the basic education stage at school.To enhance the actual effects,the students'party construction work in this clinical stage must base on the changed thought,life and work practice of medical students.This paper comprehensively introduces the practice exploration and main experiences of students’party construction work in clinical medical college through detailed analysis of strengthening the party,laying the foundations,grasping development,increasing vitality,focusing on training,leading a team,catching mechanism,enhancing long-lasting solutions and so on.
