摘要
为了提高药型罩材料利用率,设计了一种外层为铝内层为铜的截顶喇叭形复合药型罩,利用动力学仿真软件AUTODYN-2D和正为交优化对该新型药型罩结构进行了研究。结果表明:该结构的射流头部速度相比传统锥形药型罩提高了23.6%;当隔板厚度取0.2倍口径,直径取0.8倍口径,顶部锥角为10°,以及隔板距离药型罩顶部10 mm时射流综合性能最好;研究结果为新型破甲装药结构研究提供了一种新的选择,在反装甲弹药战斗部领域具有良好的应用前景。
In order to improve the utilization rate of the liner material,a truncated trumpet-shaped compound medicine liner with aluminum outer layer and copper inner layer was designed.The dynamic simulation software AUTODYN-2D and orthogonal optimization of a new medicinal hood structure was studied.The results show that the speed of the jet head of this structure is 23.6%higher than that of the traditional diameter is 0.8 times the caliber,the top cone angle is 10°,and the comprehensive performance of the jet is the best when the partition is 10 mm from the top of the medicine cover.The research results provide a new option for the study of the structure of the new armor-breaking charge,and it has a good application prospect in the field of anti-armor ammunition warhead.
