摘要 文中首先阐述预制调理肉制品相关技术要求标准化的需求及意义,其次研究分析预制调理肉制品相关技术要求,最后以科学、安全、严谨、规范为原则,经充分征求意见,试编制《预制调理肉制品》团体标准,供福建省相关企业采用。 This study firstly describes the demand and significance of standardization of technical requirements for prefabricated conditioned meat products;Secondly,the technical requirements for prefabricated conditioned meat products are studied and analyzed.Finally,based on the principles of science,safety,preciseness and standardization,the group standard of Prefabricated Prepared Meat Products is prepared for relevant enterprises in Fujian Province after full consultation.
