摘要
口蹄疫免疫是养殖场防控工作的重中之重,免疫抗体水平监测工作亦受到规模化养殖场的重视。本文以亭湖区一家大型养殖基地分别来自于育肥场和繁殖场的羊只为研究对象,采用ELISA方法对其免疫抗体水平进行检测。结果表明,该养殖基地来自于育肥场和繁殖场的羊只抗体水平合格率介于75.00%~100.00%之间,达到了农业农村部规定的免疫抗体合格率水平,其中来自于育肥场羊只的合格率极显著低于来自于繁殖场的羊只(P<0.001)。鉴于此,笔者根据养殖基地的实际情况分析了出现群体间免疫水平显著差异的可能原因,并提出了加强口蹄疫防疫认知、提高养殖基地管理及日粮营养调控水平等建议,以提高群体免疫水平。
Foot and Mouth disease(FMD)immunization is the top priority in the prevention and control work of the farm,and the monitoring of immune antibody level has also been paid attention by large-scale farms.In this study,sheep of the fattening and breeding farms from a large-scale breeding base in Tinghu district were used as the research objects,using ELISA method to detect the immune antibody level.The results showed that the qualified rate of antibody level of sheep from fattening farm and breeding farm ranged from 75.00%to 100.00%,which reached the standard level of immune antibody stipulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural areas Affairs.The qualified rate of sheep from fattening farm was significantly lower than that from breeding farm(P<0.001).The author analyzed the possible reasons for the significant difference in the level of immunity among the populations according to the actual situation,and put forward some suggestions such as strengthening the awareness of foot-and-mouth disease prevention,improving the management of the breeding base and the level of dietary nutrition regulation,to improve the immunity level of the populations.
