摘要
绿色行为是保护生态,提升社会福祉的自发性与公益性行动,是可持续发展的重要组成部分。在2022年北京冬奥会来临之际,为保障冬奥会场馆的可持续发展,践行冬奥会"绿色办奥"理念,普及体育场馆绿色行为更显当务之急。采用文献资料法对体育场馆绿色行为内涵进行解读,认为体育场馆绿色行为是可持续发展理念的重要体现、人本主义关怀的基本内容、绿色GDP的组成部分。进一步总结发达国家体育场馆绿色行为实践内容,发现以NRDC、GSA、EPA、WWF、EPA、The Thunderbirds、SIS为代表的政府机构、民间组织、企业部门纷纷将工作深入体育环境领域,从能源高效利用、降低碳足迹、较少有毒物质排放、体育废物回收等方面开展体育场馆绿色行为。结合先进经验与我国实际,探讨我国体育场馆绿色行为实施路径:以政府为引领,制定体育场馆绿色行为政策文件;以社会组织和市场为驱动,推广体育场馆绿色行为;以球迷、志愿者和运动员为落脚点,将体育场馆绿色行为具体落实。
Green behavior is a spontaneous and public welfare action that protects ecology and promotes social well-being,and is an important component of sustainable development.As the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics is approaching,in order to ensure the sustainable development of the Winter Olympics venues and practice the concept of"Green Olympics",the implementation of the"Green Olympics"concept and popularizing the green behavior of the stadiums is even more urgent.Using the method of documentation to interpret the connotation of the green behavior of stadiums and venues,it is believed that the green behavior of sports venues is an important embodiment of the concept of sustainable development,the basic content of humanistic care,and a component of green GDP.After further summarizing the practice content of green behavior in sports venues in developed countries,it is found that government agencies,civil organizations,and corporate departments represented by NRDC,GSA,EPA,WWF,EPA,The Thunderbirds,and SIS have deepened their work in the field of sports environment,from the efficient use of energy,carbon footprint reduction,less toxic emissions,sports waste recycling and other aspects of green sports stadiums.With the advanced experience and China’s actual situation,the paper explores the implementation path of green behavior in sports venues in China:to develop the green behavior policy in stadiums with the government as the leader;to promote green behavior in stadiums with social organizations and the market as the driver;and to implement green behavior in stadiums with fans,volunteers and athletes as the foothold.
