摘要
骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)是脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)最常见的并发症之一,严重影响着患者的生活质量及工作能力,给家庭带来沉重负担。本文通过中医理论结合现代医学研究,阐述“肾藏精主骨生髓”与脊髓损伤继发骨质疏松(SCI-induced osteoporosis,SIO)之间的内在联系,并探讨“补肾益髓”法治疗SIO的临床应用,从而探索科学合理的中医药防治方案,充分发挥中医药治疗SIO的独特优势,为“肾主骨生髓”的理论进一步创新和中医药有效防治SIO提供新的思路和方法。
Osteoporosis(OP)is one of the complications of spinal cord injury(SCI),which may seriously affect quality of life of the patients and cause heavy burden to their families.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical research,this paper expounds the internal relationship between kidney dominating bone and producing marrow and SCI-induced osteoporosis(SIO),discusses the clinical application of reinforcing kidney and beneficial marrow in the treatment of SCI-induced osteoporosis,so as to explore a scientific and reasonable prevention and control plan by traditional Chinese medicine.The unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of SCI-induced osteoporosis should be applied.New ideas and method in both theoretical innovation of kidney dominating bone and producing marrow and effective prevention and treatment of SIO with traditional Chinese medicine are provided.
