摘要
参考燃煤电厂纤维增强塑料排烟筒结构层材料制备了一种纤维增强塑料层合板试样(GF/VE),通过吸湿性、蠕变性能及弯曲性能测试研究了弯曲应力、混酸溶液浸泡及二者共同作用对纤维增强塑料性能的影响。结果表明,应力对试样的吸湿有促进作用,混酸溶液浸泡对试样的蠕变有促进作用,弯曲应力与混酸溶液浸泡共同作用时试样的弯曲强度和弯曲模量下降幅度均比单独作用时大。对试样的影响以纤维/基体界面降解为主,并伴随着基体树脂和纤维的破坏。
The sample of fiber-reinforced plastic laminate(GF/VE)was prepared with reference to the structural layer material of fiberreinforced plastic smoke exhaust pipes in coal-fired power plants.The effects of flexural stress,mixed acid solution immersion and the combination of above two on the performance of fiber reinforced plastics were investigated by tests of moisture absorption,creep performance and flexural properties.The results showed that the moisture absorption of the sample was promoted by stress,and the creep of the sample was promoted by immersion in the mixed acid solution.When the flexural stress and the immersion in the mixed acid solution acted together,the flexural strength and flexural modulus of the samples were decreased more significant than that of the single acted.The impact on the sample was dominated by the degradation of the fiber/matrix interface,accompanied by the destruction of the matrix resin and fiber.
