摘要
随着社会市场对职业化人才的需求和政府对创业教育的重视,创新创业课程建设及人才培养逐渐成为近年的热点问题。然而,"双创"背景下的高校创新创业课程体系建设仍有不足,亟待完善。以创业教育之父Jeffry Timmons创业课程体系的建设原则为切入点,探析出目前我国高校创业课程体系课程内容配比系统化不足、课程开展形式深度不够、创业实践保障缺失等困境。基于此,通过分类授课系统、深度校企合作、构建创业保障等相应措施,完善创新创业课程体系的建设路径,促进我国创新创业人才的培养。
With the increasing demand of the social markets for professional talents and the government's attention to entrepreneurship education,the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system in colleges and universities needs to be improved urgently.Based on the construction principle of entrepreneurship curriculum system of Jeffry Timmons,the founder of entrepreneurship education,this paper analyzes the current difficulties of entrepreneurship curriculum system in Chinese universities,such as the lack of systematic matching of curriculum content,the single course development form and the lack of guarantee of entrepreneurship practice.Based on this,through the classified teaching system,in-depth school-enterprise cooperation,construction of entrepreneurship security and other relevant measures,the construction path of the curriculum system is improved to promote the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in China.
