摘要
目的:评定血液透析装置肝素泵注入流量和脱水流量测量结果的不确定度。方法:通过建立测量模型,分别分析由测量结果重复性、检测仪器或被测设备显示分辨力、检测仪器自身性能等多个因素引入的标准不确定度分量,然后合成测量结果的标准不确定度。结果:通过合成测量结果的标准不确定度,得出包含因子k=2时,肝素泵注入流量测量结果相对扩展不确定度为0.90%,脱水流量测量结果相对扩展不确定度为2.7%。结论:扩展不确定度评定结果小于校准规范中计量特性要求的最大允许误差的1/3,该评定结果满意。
Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of measurement results of heparin pump injection flow rate and dehydration flow rate of the hemodialysis unit.Methods By establishing a measurement model,the standard uncertainty components introduced by the repeatability of the measurement results,the display resolution of the testing instrument or the equipment under test,the performance of the testing instrument and other factors were analyzed respectively,and then the standard uncertainty of the measurement results was synthesized.Results By synthesizing the standard uncertainty of the measurements,the relative extended uncertainty of the heparin pump injection flow measurements was 0.90%and the relative extended uncertainty of the dewatering flow measurements was 2.7%for inclusion factor k=2.Conclusion The result of the extended uncertainty assessment is satisfactory,which is less than 1/3 of the maximum permissible error required by the calibration specification for the metrological characteristics.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(1):43-47]
