摘要
本文简单说明了食品中农药残留的危害及检测的必要性,并分析了色谱分析测定技术、毛细管电泳技术、电化学技术、酶抑制技术和免疫分析技术等常用的检测技术。同时,从农药的多残留检测技术、样品的前处理技术两方面入手,对农药残留检测方法的发展趋势进行展望。
This paper briefly describes the harm and necessity of pesticide residues in food detection,and analyzes the commonly used detection techniques for pesticide residues in food detection,such as chromatographic analysis,capillary electrophoresis,electrochemical technology,enzyme inhibition technology and immunoassay technology.At the same time,the development trend of pesticide residue detection method is prospected from two aspects:multi-residue detection technology and sample pretreatment technology.
