摘要
基于调节焦点理论,探讨不同类型的领导幽默对员工反馈寻求行为的影响以及促进焦点的中介作用和员工控制点的调节效应。实证结果表明:领导幽默对员工反馈寻求行为具有显著影响,亲和型领导幽默与员工反馈寻求行为呈正相关关系,攻击型领导幽默与员工反馈寻求行为呈负相关关系;促进焦点在领导幽默和员工反馈寻求行为之间起中介作用;员工控制点在领导幽默与促进焦点之间起负向调节作用。本研究丰富了领导幽默的作用机制。
Based on the regulatory focus theory,this study explores the influence of leader humor styles on employees’ feedback-seeking behavior and the mediation role of promotion focus as well as the moderation role of employees’ locus of control. Empirical results indicate that leader humor has a significant impact on employees’ feedback-seeking behavior;affiliate humor is positively correlated with employees’ feedback-seeking behavior,while aggressive humor is negatively correlated with it;promotion focus mediates the relationship between leader humor and employees’ feedback-seeking behavior;the employees’ locus of control play a negative role in moderation between leader humor and promotion focus. This study enriches the researches of the mechanism for leader humor.
