摘要
非物质文化遗产的挖掘、抢救、保护工作,与开发利用是矛盾的两个方面。在非物质文化遗产保护的实践中,我们对这两方面的研究和论证似乎更侧重于保护,而对合理开发利用的关注则相对不足。通过对我国非遗保护工作的形势分析,非遗从生发伊始到当今成为遗产所蕴含的文化属性和商品属性进行了剖析。当前,我国的文化市场面临着西方强势文化的浸淫,我们必须勇敢面对严酷的文化市场的竞争。就非遗来说,只有通过健全机制、注入资本、完善法规等手段来强化其商品属性,积极参与市场交换,才能确保它的安身立命之基,并使其最终得到有效的活态保护。
The excavation,rescue,protection and development,utilization of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)are two contradictory aspects.In the practice of the ICH protection,the researches and arguments on these two aspects seemingly put more focus on protection whilst there is less attention to rational development and utilization.Therefore,by analyzing the situation of the ICH protection in China,this paper explores the cultural and commercial attribute that ICH contains from its advent to becoming heritage today.Currently,Chinese cultural market has been immersed in the western dominant culture,and China has to face up to the severe competition on the cultural market.In terms of ICH,only by strengthening its commercial attribute and actively participating in market exchange through the means such as perfection of mechanism,injection of capital and improvement of regulations that the existence basement of ICH can be guaranteed,and ICH can finally obtain effectively active protection.
