摘要
为探究酱油渣资源化、无害化处理技术,选取酱油渣为底物,在(35±2)℃、含固率为20 g VS/L条件下进行产沼气性能试验,定期测定发酵液的pH值、氨氮、VFA、甲烷含量等参数。结果表明,酱油渣产沼气试验历经30 d,发酵进行到第24天的累积产气量达到总产气量的99%以上,确定酱油渣产气周期为24 d,累积产沼气量为9905.09 mL,产沼气能力为198.10 mL/g;其中产沼气高峰期分别出现在第4天和第16天,最高日产沼气量为777.78 mL,体系中的甲烷含量在第16天达到60%以上;发酵液中各组分的理化特性与产气规律保持较高的一致性,采用一级动力学和修正后的Gompertz模型对厌氧发酵过程中的累积产甲烷量进行动力学拟合,其中修正的Gompertz方程拟合的相关系数R 2=0.989,对系统的BMP结果拟合置信度较高。
In order to explore the harmless treatment technology of soy sauce residues,biogas fermentation is carried out at(35±2)℃and solid content 20 g VS/L by taking soy sauce residues as the raw materials.The pH value,ammonia nitrogen,VFA and methane content of fermentation broth are determined regularly.The results show that the test lasts for 30 days,and the cumulative biogas production reaches more than 99%of the total biogas production on the 24 th day of fermentation.It is determined that the biogas production period of soy sauce residues is 24 days,and the cumulative biogas production is 9905.09 mL,and the biogas production capacity is 198.10 mL/g.The peak of biogas production occurs on the 4 th day and the 16 th day respectively,the maximum daily biogas production is 777.78 mL,and the methane content in the system reaches more than 60%at the 16 th day.The physical and chemical characteristics of each component in the fermentation broth maintain a high consistency with the law of gas production.The first-order kinetics and the modified Gompertz model are used to fit the cumulative methane production in the process of anaerobic fermentation.The modified Gompertz equation is fitted with a correlation coefficient of R 2=0.989,which has a high confidence in fitting the BMP results of the system.
