摘要
在实际应用中,一般要求磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输(MCR-WPT)系统能维持恒定的输出电压,现有输出电压控制方式中,后级加DC/DC控制具有相对高的控制精度。为了在负载参数、线圈距离及输入电压扰动下维持MCR-WPT系统输出电压的恒定,基于带后级DC/DC控制的MCR-WPT系统进行建模与恒压控制器设计。由于后级DC/DC单元直接控制负载的输出电压,因此采用小信号扰动法建立了DC/DC单元的线性化小信号模型,推导了其传递函数,并基于传递函数为系统设计了电压电流双闭环恒压控制器。在Simulink下搭建了闭环控制系统的模型,并在负载扰动、耦合系数扰动以及输入电压扰动下,通过观察输出电压的变化情况,对所设计控制器的控制效果进行了验证。结果表明,所设计的恒压控制器对输出电压控制精度高且能够对外部扰动进行快速有效地抑制。
In practical application,it is generally required that the magnetic coupled resonant radio power transmission(MCR-WPT)system can maintain a constant output voltage.In the existing output voltage control methods,DC/DC control in the back stage has relatively high control accuracy.In order to keep the output voltage of MCR-WPT system constant under the disturbance of load parameters,coil distance and input voltage,the modeling and constant voltage controller design of MCR-WPT system with post DC/DC control are carried out.Since the output voltage of the load is directly controlled by the post DC/DC unit,the linearized small signal model of the DC/DC unit is established by the small signal perturbation method,and its transfer function is derived.Based on the transfer function,a voltage and current double closed-loop constant voltage controller is designed for the system.The model of closed-loop control system is built in Simulink,and the control effect of the designed controller is verified by observing the change of output voltage under load disturbance,coupling coefficient disturbance and input voltage disturbance.The results show that the designed constant voltage controller has high accuracy for output voltage control and can suppress external disturbance quickly and effectively.
