摘要
信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养过程中存在培养目标不清晰、特色不鲜明、学生理论知识和实践能力不平衡、高校课程体系和企业需求不同步等问题。文章以外语类院校信管专业人才培养为背景,打造“信息管理+IT外语”的应用型人才培养特色,开展信管专业人才培养体系的改革和实践。
There are some problems in the process of personnel training of Information Management and Information System(IMIS),such as unclear training objectives,unclear characteristics,unbalanced between theoretical knowledge and practical ability of students,and unsynchronized between curriculum system and enterprise demand.Based on the background of the training of IMIS in foreign language colleges,this paper aims to create the practical personnel training characteristics of"information management+IT foreign language",and carry out the reform and practice of the personnel training system of IMIS.
