110kV输电线路绝缘子带电清扫机器人电磁兼容性能分析 被引量:5

Performance Analysis of Electromagnetic Compatibility of Insulator Live-Line Cleaning Robot for 110 kV Transmission Lines

摘要 电磁兼容性是保证清扫机器人安全稳定运行的重要指标,绝缘子带电清扫机器人在恶劣电磁环境下带电作业,受到的电磁干扰问题尤为严重。通过Comsol仿真软件对绝缘子带电清扫机器人周围的电磁场环境进行了仿真分析,探究了输电线路对清扫机器人造成的电磁干扰的形成机理,并从干扰源的产生及电磁耦合途径出发,提出了一种新型吸收式电磁屏蔽方法。新型吸收式电磁屏蔽的措施是通过在机器人控制系统的外部贴装吸波材料,并进行接地处理来削弱电磁干扰。吸波材料在克服反射式屏蔽不足的基础上,能够通过自身的吸收作用来衰减电磁波,大大提高了绝缘子带电清扫机器人的电磁兼容性能。 Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)is an important index to ensure the safe and stable operation of cleaning robots.Insulator live-line cleaning robots work in the harsh electromagnetic environment,and has been subjected to the electromagnetic interference which is particularly serious.The electromagnetic field environment around the insulator live-line cleaning robot is simulated and analyzed by Comsol simulation software,and the formation mechanism of electromagnetic interference caused by transmission lines to the cleaning robot is explored.Based on the generation of interference source and electromagnetic coupling approach,a new absorption electromagnetic shielding method is proposed.New absorption type electromagnetic shielding measures is have pasted wave-absorbing material on the outside of the robot control system,and have adopted the grounding handling to weaken the electromagnetic interference.On the basis of overcoming the insufficiency of the reflective shielding,wave-absorbing materials can attenuate electromagnetic wave with its absorption,which has greatly improved the performance of electromagnetic compatibility of insulator live-line cleaning robot.
