摘要
根据标准《ISA71.04过程测量和控制系统环境条件:空气污染物》,将现场按照腐蚀速率,环境等级划分为G1、G2、G3、GX四个等级,其推荐的环境监测方法为CCM法,本文利用晶体的QCM原理结合EDX能谱分析,并且与标准的CCM测量环境等级方法进行对比,确定基于QCM原理,可以有效对环境腐蚀等级测量,并且简便快捷的获取现场定量数据结果。
According to the standard "ISA71.04 Process Measurement and Control System Environmental Conditions:Air Pollutants", According to the corrosion rate,the site is divided into four grades:G1,G2,G3 and GX.The recommended environmental monitoring method is CCM method.In this paper,the QCM principle of crystal and EDX energy spectrum analysis are used,and the environment is measured with standard CCM.By comparing the grading methods,It is determined that based on the principle of QCM,the environmental corrosion grading can be effectively measured,and the quantitative data results can be obtained easily and quickly.
