摘要
因为主体价值同向性,叙事与医学之间具有了先天亲缘关系,医学伦理教育中引入叙事教学方法也就具有天然合理性。伦理为医学叙事提供价值向度上的引导,叙事又为医学伦理分析提供生动的主体性价值勾画方法。运用叙事教学方法的两个重要基点在于立足医学伦理的空间限度和精准把握医学主体的价值诉求。医学伦理教育中,通过叙事使医生融入患者的生命,站在生命主体的立场与患者生命产生共鸣,使断裂的医患共同体关系弥合重生,体现了医学和教育的终极价值,成就医学人文发展的最高境界,使医学教育和临床实践真正融合互益。
Because of the co-orientation of subject value,there is a congenital genetic relationship between narration and medicine.Therefore,it is reasonable to introduce narrative teaching method in medical ethics education.Ethics provides guidance of value direction for medical narrative,at the same,narrative provides a vivid delineation method of subjective value for medical ethics analysis.The two important bases of using narrative teaching method are based on the space limit of medical ethics and accurately grasping the value demands of medical subjects.In medical ethics education,doctors are integrated into the patient’s life through narration,and resonate with patients’life from the standpoint on life subject,so that the broken doctor-patient community relationship can be bridged and reborn.It embodies the ultimate value of medicine and education,achieves the highest level of medical humanistic development,and makes medical education and clinical practice truly integrate and benefit each other.
