摘要
目的:探讨医院-社区-家庭一体化护理模式在手足口病患儿中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年1月进行门诊治疗的手足口病患儿88例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各44例,患儿与家长均进行1∶1配比。对照组给予常规门诊护理,观察组采取医院-社区-家庭一体化护理模式,持续2周。比较两组患儿家长照护行为、患儿治疗依从性及症状缓解时间。结果:观察组患儿家长消毒隔离、体温监测、口腔护理及皮肤护理的执行率和患儿治疗依从性为93.18%、97.73%、95.45%、93.18%、97.73%,高于对照组的75.00%、81.82%、77.27%、77.27%、81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热、皮疹消退、口腔溃疡愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院-社区-家庭一体化护理模式能够提升手足口病患儿家长照护能力及患儿治疗依从性,促进临床症状缓解。
Objective:To explore the application effect of hospital-community-family integrated nursing model in children with hand-foot--mouth disease.Methods:88 children with hand-foot-mouth disease who were treated as outpatients from January,2019 to January,2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The children and their parents were matched 1:1.The control group was given routine outpatient care,and the observation group adopted a hospital-community-family integrated nursing model for 2 weeks.The parental care behaviors,treatment compliance and symptom relief time of the two groups of children were compared.Results:The implementation rate of disinfection and isolation,temperature monitoring,oral care and skin care,and the treatment compliance of the children of the children in the observation group were 93.18%,97.73%,95.45%,93.18%and 97.73%,which were higher than 75.00%,81.82%,77.27%,77.27%and 81.82%in the control group.The difference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).The fever reduction,rash resolution and oral ulcer healing time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hospital-community-family integrated nursing model can improve the parental care ability of children with hand-foot-mouth disease and their treatment compliance,and promote the relief of clinical symptoms.
