摘要
综述经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)疗法在外科手术中的临床应用进展。TEAS在外科手术的临床应用中,不仅可以辅助术中、术后镇痛,降低麻醉药物剂量,减轻免疫抑制及手术的应激反应,维持血流动力学稳定,保护心、脑、肺、肝、肾等脏器,而且还能降低术后患者的不良反应,从而提高其康复质量。TEAS可广泛应用于骨科、脑外科、甲状腺外科、乳腺外科、心胸外科等手术的术中及术后,具有避免感染、无创、患者耐受性好、可重复等优点,其或将代替传统电针成为一种临床趋势。
The progress in surgical application of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)therapy was reviewed in this article.TEAS can not only assist the intraoperative and postoperative analgesia,reduce the dose of anesthetic drugs,reduce immunosuppression and stress response of operation,maintain hemodynamic stability,and protect organs such as heart,brain,lung,liver and kidney,but also can reduce the postoperative adverse reactions of patients to improve their rehabilitation quality.TEAS can be widely used,either during the operations or after operations,in orthopedics,brain surgery,thyroid surgery,breast surgery and cardiothoracic surgery,etc.as it has the advantages of infection-free,non-invasiveness,good patient tolerance,and repeatability.Perhaps it will become a trend in the clinic to replace traditional electroacupuncture.
