Cr12MoV冷作模具扁钢轧制弯曲原因分析 被引量:4

摘要 对Cr12MoV钢板在中试小型轧机轧制时出现的弯曲、弯头现象进行了分析,发现加热时间短、加热坯料叠放、轧辊温度低是其主要影响因素。通过优化关键生产工艺措施,并对轧辊温度、加热制度、轧制节奏及道次压下量进行工艺优化及调整,成功轧制了板型良好的Cr12MoV钢板,钢板的各项指标良好,产品实物质量优良,完全满足使用要求。 The bending and elbow phenomenon of Cr12 MoV steel plate during its rolling in medium and small rolling mill is analyzed.It is found that the main influencing factors are short heating time,heated billets stacking and low roll temperature.By optimizing the key production process measures,and adjusting the roller temperature,heating system,rolling rhythm and pass reduction,the Cr12 MoV steel plate with good shape has been successfully rolled.All the indexes of the steel plate are good and the product quality is excellent,which fully meets the application requirements.
