摘要
为分析医用注射泵阻塞报警误差的影响因素,参照国家计量校准规范JJF 1259-2018《医用注射泵和输液泵校准规范》的测量方法,采用了不同型号规格的注射器和延长管,利用同一台标准器及被测医用注射泵对其阻塞报警误差进行校准。经过比对分析其影响因素,得出结论:注射器容量越大,对医用注射泵的阻塞报警误差影响越小;延长管越硬,对医用注射泵的阻塞报警误差影响越小。为保障医用注射泵临床使用的可靠性和准确性提供数据支撑,降低由于医用注射器材选用不当对阻塞报警阈值准确性的影响,进而提高医疗机构的医用注射泵诊疗质量。
In order to analyze the influence factors of blockage alarm error of medical injection pump,referring to the measurement method of national metrological calibration specification JJF 1259-2018 Calibration Specification for Syringe Pumps and Infusion Pumps,different types and specifications of syringe and extension tube are used,and the same calibrator and the tested medical injection pump are used to calibrate the blocking alarm error.Through comparison and analysis of the influence factors,it is concluded that the larger the syringe capacity,the smaller the impact on the blocking alarm error of the medical injection pump;the harder the extension tube,the smaller the impact on the blocking alarm error of the medical injection pump.In order to ensure the reliability and accuracy of clinical application of medical injection pump,data support is provided and the impact of improper selection of medical injection equipment on the accuracy of blocking alarm threshold is reduced so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment quality of medical injection pump in medical institutions.
