摘要
延迟焦化装置中隔断闸阀的使用环境恶劣,易出现结焦、磨损、泄漏、闸阀开关困难等问题,需要对其优化设计,以满足安全隔离的要求。经过多种阀门类型比较后采用了耐磨剪切闸阀,阀门采用双浮动阀座设计,依靠碟簧推力将阀板与阀座压紧实现良好密封;阀门流道喷焊Ni60并镶嵌了硬质合金环,实现了耐固体颗粒冲刷腐蚀;阀门上部设计了防污罩,采用了双路蒸汽吹扫,能够有效防止介质结焦。经过严格的制造检验及试验,耐磨剪切阀在延迟焦化加工催化裂化油浆装置得到了成功应用。
The service environment of the isolating gate valve in FCC slurry processed by delayed coking unit is harsh.It is easy to appear coking,wear,leakage,difficulty in opening and closing,so it is necessary to optimize its design.Wear-resistant shear gate valve is adopted after comparing various types of valves.The valve adopts a double floating seat design,and the valve plate and the valve seat are pressed tightly to achieve a good seal by the disc spring thrust.The valve flow channel is sprayed with Ni60 and inlaid with a hard alloy ring to achieve resistance to solid particle scouring.The upper part of the valve is designed with an anti-fouling cover and a double-path steam purge,which can effectively prevent medium from coking.The wear-resistant shear valve has been successfully applied in delayed coking unit for processing FCC slurry after strict inspection and test.
