摘要
雷击输电线路造成的故障是影响电网安全稳定运行的重要因素,雷电屏蔽性能的评估一直是输电线路设计论证过程中热点问题之一。近年来随着我国特高压工程的大力建设,由雷电屏蔽失效(绕击)引起的特高压输电线路故障频繁发生,特高压输电线路具有杆塔尺寸大、运行电压高、上行先导作用加剧等新特点,继续深入研究输电线路雷电屏蔽性能意义重大,而建立有效的雷击分析模型是准确评估输电线路雷电屏蔽性能的前提和关键。笔者梳理了目前常用的特高压输电线路雷电屏蔽分析方法研究现状及存在的问题,着重阐述了更具物理内涵的先导发展模型法,并探讨了特高压输电线路雷电屏蔽分析今后研究的侧重点,提出应加深特高压输电线路雷击微观物理机理研究,重视雷电放电以及大尺寸线路放电试验中关键物理参数的测量,不断修正和完善雷电屏蔽分析模型,为特高压输电线路的防雷设计和升级改造提供更有效的评估方法和技术支撑。
The fault caused by lightning stroke on transmission lines is the key problem for safety and stability of power system. The evaluation of lightning shielding performance is one of the hot topics in the design and argumentation of UHV transmission lines. In recent years,with the vigorous construction of the UHV project in China,the lightning shielding failure becomes the main cause of the UHV transmission line fault. As the UHV transmission lines are characterized by larger tower size,higher operating voltage and more effective upward leader,further study on the lightning shielding performance of transmission lines is necessary. Various analysis models and calculation methods used to evaluate the lightning shielding performance of UHV transmission lines,especially theleader propagation model,are described in detail,and then the direction and emphasis of the future research on the evaluation of lightning shielding performance for UHV transmission lines are advanced. It is suggested that the further study of micro discharge physical mechanism of lightning attachment with UHV transmission lines should be carried out,and the measurement of lightning discharge parameters and the long gap discharge test of large-sized lines should be paid attention to,so as to constantly revise and improve the lightning shielding analysis model,which can provide more effective evaluation methods and technical support for lightning protection design and upgrading of UHV transmission lines.
