摘要
为实现对入炉煤质的发热量、全水分、挥发分和固定碳指标的实时、在线检测,提出研发一套煤质在线分析设备,通过设计超稳定光学平台解决了煤样深色、光谱信息弱的问题。研发的煤质在线分析系统目前应用于神华神东萨拉齐电厂,检测结果误差满足技术要求,并实时将结果传输至DCS系统。所研制的煤质快速分析系统可用于火力发电锅炉燃烧控制,对改善其经济运行指标和安全指标具有重要意义。
In order to realize real-time and on-line detection of calorific value,total moisture,volatile matter and fixed carbon index of coal quality,a set of coal quality on-line analysis equipment is developed,the ultra-stable optical platform is designed to solve the problem of coal sample with dark color and weak spectral information.The developed coal quality on-line analysis system is currently used in Shenhua Shendong Salaqi power plant.The test result error meets the technical requirements and is transmitted to DCS system in real time.The developed coal quality rapid analysis system can be used for combustion control of thermal power boiler,which is of great significance to improve its economic operation index and Safety Index.
