摘要
广州地铁22号线盾构法施工,下穿运营地铁3号线,下穿竖向净距离仅5.5 m,地质为典型的上软下硬地层,不能进行常规的地面垂直注浆加固,采用洞内定向钻孔注浆加固措施。介绍了钢阀管定向钻孔注浆的设计、范围和工艺,盾构机气压辅助模式掘进控制措施等[2]。所采用技术保证了下穿安全、结构保护良好。
Line 22 of Guangzhou Metro is built with a shield,which has to under-cross Line 3 in operation of Guangzhou Metro at a net vertical distance of only 5.5 m.Geologically,the site is located in a typical stratum of being upperly soft and lowerly hard,in which case the conventional vertical ground grouting reinforcement can not be carried out,and the directional drilling grouting reinforcement in the tunnel has to be adopted.Introduced in the present paper are the design,scope and technical processes of directional drilling grouting with steel valves,and the drilling-control measures of the shield-tunneling machine assisted with air pressure and so on.The techniques adopted for the project help ensure the safety of the shield under-crossing the tunnels and the good protection of the structures concerned.
