摘要
目的:通过对我国糖尿病尿路感染危险因素的现状进行研究分析,了解发展动态,探讨糖尿病尿路感染的危险因素,为尿路感染防治策略的制订提供依据.方法:以"糖尿病"and"尿路感染"or"泌尿道感染"and"危险因素"or"影响因素"or"相关因素"or"诱发因素"为主题词在中国知网、维普、万方和中国生物医药数据库进行检索,从建库至2019年3月发表的相关文献,采用文献计量学的方法进行分析.结果:纳入65篇有效文献,发文量随时间呈上升趋势;发文地区聚集于东南沿海等省份;2013年开始基金资助,起步较晚;糖尿病患者尿路感染的危险因素主要包括六个方面:社会人口学、疾病、既往史及个人史、生物学标志物、医源性因素、治疗相关性因素.结论:我国对糖尿病尿路感染危险因素的研究已逐渐受到重视,但发文量较少,需深入研究明确糖尿病尿路感染的危险因素,为临床提供依据.
Objective:To study and analyze the risk factors of diabetic urinary tract infection in China,understand the development trends,explore the risk factors of diabetic urinary tract infection,and provide reference and basis for the development of prevention and control strategies for diabetic urinary tract infection.Method:"Diabetes mellitus"and"urinary tract infection"and"risk factors"or"cause"or"inducing factors"were used as the main topics in China Knowledge Network database,Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Journal database,Wanfang Medical Database and Chinese Biomedical database,from the establishment of the database to 2019.The literature published in March on the risk factors of diabetes urinary tract infection was analyzed by means of literature metrology.Result:A total of 65 effective documents were included,and the volume of the papers increased with time,reaching the highest level in 2017.The distribution area was mainly gathered in developed provinces such as the southeast coast.In 2013,fund support started later.The risk factors of urinary tract infection in diabetic patients mainly included six aspects:Social demographic factors,disease factors,past history and personal history,biological markers,iatrogenic factors,treatment related factors.Conclusion:The research on the risk factors of diabetic urinary tract infection in China has been paid more and more attention by researchers,but the amount of papers published is relatively less.It is necessary to extend the study to clarify the risk factors of diabetic urinary tract infection,so as to provide clinical basis.
