摘要
暖通空调控制策略的制定往往需要结合仿真系统进行性能调试,然而不正确的控制参数设定或粗略的经验估计不仅会浪费大量的人力资源,还会增加实际系统能耗。因此本文系统地分析了暖通空调控制系统在设计阶段存在的潜在矛盾类型,根据各矛盾提出一种通用的暖通空调控制系统预检验方法,实现对控制策略设计合理性的自动检验,从而辅助工程师设计。本文首先对控制策略采用三元组的方式进行描述,并结合有向图理论将实际系统形式进行转换,最后将潜在矛盾转化为数学模型并利用专家知识规则进行逻辑判断和检验。某实际案例建筑研究结果表明,在多次人为随机设定10个潜在矛盾的情况下,该方法的矛盾检验正确率为95.5%。
The development of HVAC control strategies often requires performance debugging in conjunction with simulation systems.However,setting incorrect control parameters or estimating by rough experience will not only waste a lot of human resources,but also increase the actual system energy consumption.Therefore,the types of potential conflicts in the design of the HVAC control system are systematically analyzed.Based on each conflict,a general pre-check method of the HVAC control system is proposed to realize automatic check of the rationality of control strategy design,thus assisting engineers in design.Control strategies are firstly described in the form of triples.The actual system form is transformed by using the theory of directed graphs.Finally,the above-mentioned mathematical model of potential conflicts is logically judged and tested by using expertise.The results of an actual case building show that the accuracy of this method is 95.5% when 10 potential conflicts are set artificially and randomly.
