摘要
从“城市公园”到“公园城市”的转变,已成为城市绿地系统规划建设管理理念的一场变革。以上海市青浦区为例,总结其城乡绿地的生态人文资源、功能布局耦合、层级体系结构、精准匹配认知等发展特征,借鉴国内外前沿经验,提出基于“公园城市”理念的规划编制方法,即构建“战略-规划-实施”完整成果体系,建立多元生态要素融合的广义城乡公园体系,运用多样技术方法回应市民对绿色休闲空间需求等,进而提出青浦区蓝绿交织、城园相融、增绿筑景、乡村振兴、开放连通、环湖升级六大规划策略,力求对特大城市郊区绿地系统规划方法有所借鉴。
The transformation from"City Park"to"Park City"has become a change of urban Green Space planning and construction management concept.Taking Qingpu District of Shanghai as an example,this paper summarizes the development characteristics of urban and rural green space,such as ecological and humanistic resources,relationship of functional distribution,hierarchical system structure,precise matching cognition,etc.Referring to the advanced experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the planning compilation method based on the concept of"Park City",that is,to build a complete achievement system of"strategy-planning-implementation",and to establish a generalized urban and rural park system with multiple ecological elements.In order to respond to citizens’need for green leisure space using multiple technologies,this paper puts forward six planning strategies,namely,the combination of blue and green space,the integration of city and park,the increase of green landscape,the revitalization of rural areas,the opening and connectivity,and the upgrading of surrounding lakes.
