摘要
目的:基于"心肺相关"理论,观察人参蛤蚧散改善慢性心力衰竭预后的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性心力衰竭患者80例,随机均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规西医疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上联合使用人参蛤蚧散。观察12个月后,对比两组治疗后中医症候积分、纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级、明尼苏达生存质量积分及6分钟步行距离(6MWT)的变化。结果:治疗后治疗组的NYHA分级疗效和中医症候疗效的总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。预后方面,治疗后治疗组的6MWT距离和明尼苏达生存质量量表(C-MLHF)积分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者的临床西医治疗中联合使用人参蛤蚧散可提高疗效,并有效改善患者预后,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Renshen Gejie Powder on improving the prognosis of chronic heart failure(CHF)based on"Heart-Lung related"theory.Methods:80 CHF patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the treatment group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional western medication;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Renshen Gejie Powder.After 12 months of observation,changes in TCM symptom scores,NYHA classification,scores of life quality,and 6-minute walking distance were compared between the two groups.Results:NYHA graded curative effect and TCM symptom effect was higher in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).In terms of prognosis,the 6 MWT distance and C-MLHF score were significantly improved in the treatment group after the treatment(P<0.05),and the improvements were more significant than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Renshen Gejie Powder combined with western medication can improve the efficacy in clinical treatment of CHF,it can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients,improve their life quality.The therapy is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
