摘要
原位固化技术具有软基原位加固、施工方便快捷的优点,可大大减少淤泥在处理过程中产生的二次污染且固化淤泥具有良好的环境稳定性。文章通过采用规范理论计算和数值分析方法对某工程排洪渠段深厚淤泥软基的沉降变形和承载力进行计算分析。结果表明:规范理论计算和数值分析计算成果基本一致;10 a最大工后沉降为40 cm,20 a最大工后沉降约56 cm,基本满足要求;处理后的软弱下卧层承载力大于上覆自重压力与上覆附加应力之和,满足要求。初步判定采用原位固化技术处理深厚淤泥软基可行。
In-situ solidification technology has the advantages of in-situ soft foundation consolidation,convenient and fast construction,and significantly reducing the secondary pollution of silt during the treatment process.Solidified silt also has good environmental stability.The article adopts theoretical and numerical analysis methods to calculate the settlement and bearing capacity of deep thick silt of a drainage channel section of a project.The results show that the maximum post-construction settlement is about 40 cm for 10 years'service,and 56 cm for 20 years'service,meeting the requirements of relevant specification.The capacity of soft substratum which is under the consolidation layer is greater than the sum of overlying deadweight pressure and overlying additional stress,also meeting the requirements.It is concluded that the in-situ solidification technology is effective to treat deep thick silt soft foundation.
