摘要
针对采煤机机身联接用长螺杆的可靠性问题,尤其是薄煤层采煤机长螺杆短期失效问题,对采煤机工作受力状况进行了分析,对长螺杆设计强度进行了校核,对失效长螺杆的材料、热处理和断裂面进行了检测分析,结合现场工况和软件振动分析,确定长螺杆失效主要原因为高频振动引起的疲劳断裂。在此基础上设计了机身联接的减振措施,有效解决了长螺杆的短期失效问题,提高了采煤机机身联接的可靠性。
In view of the reliability of the long screw used for the connection of the shearer frame,especially the short-term failure of the long screw in the thin coal seam, the working force status of the shearer was analyzed, the design strength of the long screw was checked, and the material, heat treatment and fracture surface of the failure long screw were detected and analyzed. Combined with the field conditions and software vibration analysis, the main failure causes of the long screw were determined that it is fatigue fracture caused by high frequency vibration. On this basis, the vibration reduction measures of frame connection were designed to effectively solve the short-term failure problem of long screw, and improve the reliability of shearer frame connection.
